One Year Since Founder to CEO Transition, Oxeon Welcomes Duncan Reece as President and Opens Nashville Office

As I ended a pitch call this week for a Founder to CEO transition search, I was asked, “Can you tell us why Oxeon is different from other search firms? Why should we work with you?” My answer was simple: “I don’t think about Oxeon as a search firm. Millsom started her career in the industry as a maternal and child health Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco and now has more than two decades of experience in the health care field, including serving as a board member for HealthSource RI, Rhode Island’s Affordable Care Act health insurance marketplace. Most recently, she was the chief commercial officer at Maven Clinic, a telemedicine-based virtual clinic for women and families.
